The Atlético Rovesco fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Atlético Rovesco's Lucas Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Atlético Rovesco's Lucas Furtado in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Simon Hanot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of Écija Balompié booed when Atlético Rovesco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Henry didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Écija Balompié defense, Romeo Malcoci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Hanot. The Écija Balompié fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Hanot should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Romeo Malcoci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacarias Txaran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Écija Balompié's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Furtado was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Rovesco's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Atlético Rovesco's corner Lucas Furtado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Simon Hanot quite easily take care of the ball. Bianco Florio's late challenge caught a Écija Balompié's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bianco Florio helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Écija Balompié's zone, Romeo Malcoci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Hanot came out of the goal and Romeo Malcoci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Romeo Malcoci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Hanot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Romeo Malcoci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Hanot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Malcoci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Romeo Malcoci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute of the match, Romeo Malcoci got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simon Hanot was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Simon Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Malcoci in the 74th minute of play. Paulo Ramos hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Écija Balompié's Simon Hanot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Écija Balompié from getting a goal against them. Romeo Malcoci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Simon Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Écija Balompié's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Romeo Malcoci fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Romeo Malcoci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Simon Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Atlético Rovesco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Écija Balompié throughout the match.
