The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfie Robson got free with Edgardo Balasi in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Palban kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match, Alfie Robson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgardo Balasi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marcelino Olo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teo Atauri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Jorge Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CATELCO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Selim Yurdaşen in the 23rd minute of play forced CATELCO's goalkeeper Edgardo Balasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, INDUSTRIALES F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Heriberto came free, but Teo Atauri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tercero Rivero's late challenge caught a CATELCO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tercero Rivero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute of the match, Murat Selim Yurdaşen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgardo Balasi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 33 minutes into the game, Alfie Robson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Edgardo Balasi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Venancio Hats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Selim Yurdaşen in the 42nd minute of play forced CATELCO's goalkeeper Edgardo Balasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CATELCO's Edgardo Balasi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save CATELCO from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Heriberto was the one to do the kick off. Venancio Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Edgardo Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, INDUSTRIALES F.C's Teo Atauri got control of the ball when Jorge Heriberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, INDUSTRIALES F.C's Venancio Hats made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Balasi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teo Atauri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Olo in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, CATELCO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Ixona to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Hats struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Edgardo Balasi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INDUSTRIALES F.C. Edgardo Balasi came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by INDUSTRIALES F.C's Murat Selim Yurdaşen. But to his dismay, Murat Selim Yurdaşen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 5-0 became the score in the 82nd minute when Murat Selim Yurdaşen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Edgardo Balasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murat Selim Yurdaşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Atauri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Heriberto in the 87th minute. Ariel Sauveur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Murat Selim Yurdaşen managed to get in a good position for a shot. INDUSTRIALES F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Murat Selim Yurdaşen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Balasi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
