Constantino Iratzeder made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Jorge Heriberto sent off a good shot on target. Marcelino Olo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jorge Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CATELCO's Marcelino Olo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Constantino Iratzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Olo in the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Jorge Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CATELCO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute, one of Écija Balompié:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Écija Balompié. Constantino Iratzeder went to the wrong direction when Francisco Palban was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Constantino Iratzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Olo in the 28th minute of the match. If Marcelino Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Heribertos short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Constantino Iratzeder to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 38 minutes into the match, Écija Balompié's goalkeeper Constantino Iratzeder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Heriberto. Lisandro Rexino kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Eulalio Piearres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Edgardo Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
