Adolfo Oier took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Che. Denis Che dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Carlos Oriche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arxel Patiño having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Rinconadilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Pio Placiencia. Adolfo Oroitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Arxel Patiño made a huge save. In the 22ndth minute of the game Carlos Oriche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rinconadilla FC's Arxel Patiño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Silvano Mel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolfo Oroitz in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arxel Patiño, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Adolfo Oroitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arxel Patiño read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as San Vicente Fútbol Club's Adolfo Oroitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arxel Patiño. That made the score 1-1 after 31 minutes of play. After 36 minutes of play, San Vicente Fútbol Club's Carlos Oriche made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arxel Patiño was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Damaso Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Oroitz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Oriche in the 53rd minute of play forced Rinconadilla FC's goalkeeper Arxel Patiño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Mel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Epifanio Tab put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arxel Patiño. In the 72nd minute Adolfo Oroitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arxel Patiño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Haritzeder hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rinconadilla FC's goalkeeper Arxel Patiño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rinconadilla FC's Arxel Patiño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Oriche in the 82nd minute of play. Carlos Oriche blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arxel Patiño having to make a save. Rinconadilla FC were furious when Silvano Mel was red carded, 85 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 84th minute, one of Rinconadilla FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rinconadilla FC. After 91st play minutes Adolfo Oroitz shot 7-1, a short shot which went by Arxel Patiño and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, San Vicente Fútbol Club's Denis Che got control of the ball when Adolfo Oier tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adolfo Oroitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arxel Patiño was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Arxel Patiño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Oroitz in the 98th minute of play. San Vicente Fútbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
