Dante Fernendo came out of the goal and Lisandro Estebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC PLAYA UNION's Eriberto Errapel got a free kick in the 10th minute. Dante Fernendo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Wojtowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santamarina were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after FC PLAYA UNION's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carolo Mazuste took the corner. The corner ended in Carolo Mazuste almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC PLAYA UNION's Dante Fernendo did a great save. A collision led to FC PLAYA UNION getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hilario Beat hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Santamarina's Hugon Wojtowicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Fernendo. Dante Fernendo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After a rather tough play, FC PLAYA UNION's Everardo Galo got a free kick in the 28th minute. FC PLAYA UNION's Dante Fernendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Wojtowicz in the 29th minute of play. When Everardo Galo fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC PLAYA UNION's protests and gave Everardo Galo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th match minute, FC PLAYA UNION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Galo to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC PLAYA UNION defense, Lisandro Estebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Fernendo. The FC PLAYA UNION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Fernendo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Wojtowicz in the 37th minute of play forced FC PLAYA UNION's goalkeeper Dante Fernendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Natal charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino Natal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Santamarina's Claudio Veto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Fernendo. That made the score 4-0 after 43 minutes of play. FC PLAYA UNION's Eriberto Errapel suffered a sore thigh after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. FC PLAYA UNION's Gogo Lander was substituted for Eriberto Errapel. The supporters of FC PLAYA UNION booed when Santamarina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Beturian didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Maidana to make the kick off. Gavino Natal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Dante Fernendo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Santamarina's Claudio Veto. But to his dismay, Claudio Veto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 60th minute, Lisandro Estebe made a precise shot to the right of Dante Fernendo. FC PLAYA UNION's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 63 minutes into the game, Albeiro Usuriaga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Dante Fernendo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Igor Maidana fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 91 played minutes FC PLAYA UNION got a freekick which was hit by Igor Maidana. In the 92nd minute of the match Carolo Mazuste shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Fernendo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lisandro Estebe struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Dante Fernendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santamarina. When the referee ended the match the Santamarina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
