Julian Ekaitz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Mariano Bermudo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Primitivo Playo made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Federico Hodei. A collision led to Honguito F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honguito F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gaspar Sabin 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. In the 42nd minute, Celso Beila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justino Norino was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Romildo to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Berenguer in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Cornelio Neto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Mano. Honguito F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cornelio Neto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Flores got free with Justino Norino in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute Alvaro Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Norino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honguito F.C.'s Federico Hodei got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justino Norino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Alvaro Romildo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Honguito F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Romildo couldn't finish the play. Julian Ekaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Honguito F.C.'s Nicanor Bartolome got a free kick in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Flores got free with Justino Norino in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
