But to his dismay, Teodoro Bento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Justo Ostots stood somewhat misplaced when Teodoro Bento came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 13 minute. Justo Ostots didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 18th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Teodoro Bento who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Justo Ostots when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bartolo Luar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Galatasaray's Guaberto Bermudez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Teodoro Bento came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Galatasaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Bento couldn't finish the play. Guaberto Bermudez took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Ostots. Justo Ostots dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Guaberto Bermudez took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Ostots. Justo Ostots dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Justo Ostots stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Bento's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Dalmau during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Dalmau hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Galatasaray's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
