Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Playo in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Gartzen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Iban during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Luis Iban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when loa turris's Arnaldo Camargo in the 15th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Mickael Wuyts was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bahía é Carnaval through an amazing save. Astor Brais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Astor Gartzen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Playo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Erubiel Gaitan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bahía é Carnaval's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Gaitan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mickael Wuyts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astor Gartzen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Iban in the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Playo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Gartzen saved loa turris from getting behind. 35 minutes into the match, Keanu Orive dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mickael Wuyts, 1-0. The supporters of Bahía é Carnaval booed when loa turris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Gentza didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Playo in the 40th minute of play forced loa turris's goalkeeper Astor Gartzen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Playo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Astor Gartzen 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, loa turris's goalkeeper Astor Gartzen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Demario. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by loa turris's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After a defensive mix-up in Bahía é Carnaval's zone, Arnaldo Camargo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mickael Wuyts came out of the goal and Arnaldo Camargo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mousa Sissoko kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the match was over Bahía é Carnaval could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than loa turris throughout the match.
