The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justo Rafe during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Gorra de Cuero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Rafe to maneuver through the defense. If Arturo Blai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Firmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Jobo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximo Firmo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Marco Palben took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Koldobika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vipos's zone, Maximo Firmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Jobo came out of the goal and Maximo Firmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Gorra de Cuero FC booed when Vipos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Frisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Blai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Vipos's Ceferino Koldobika sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Palben narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by German Justin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 40 minutes, Isaac Sotero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vipos and the Gorra de Cuero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vipos getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Isaac Sotero hit a great ball. Ceferino Koldobika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Palben having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 61 minutes of play, Gorra de Cuero FC's Maximo Firmo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guido Jobo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodoro Savion charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro Savion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gorra de Cuero FC! The referee gave Vipos a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mariano Suero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gorra de Cuero FC's Marco Palben. 2-1. Maximo Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Palben showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Koldobika in the 80th minute of the match. Arturo Blai in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Palben, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 91st minute Maximo Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Jobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorra de Cuero FC's Marco Palben proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Gorra de Cuero FC from getting a goal against them. Justo Rafe hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gorra de Cuero FC had won after a very even match.
