The AKD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejo Froila should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Carrisito's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Gomesano came free, but Luis Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carrisito's Luis Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Gomesano in the 28th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Carrisito's Nemesio Gora seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nemesio Gora the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carrisito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nemesio Gora had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Severino Gomesano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Luis Mark made a huge save. Luis Mark made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Flavio Dominix sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Severino Gomesano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AKD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. AKD's Lucio Kepa was substituted for Severino Gomesano. Carrisito's Seppo Rontti was substituted for Camilo Lazcano. AKD's Pablo Alonso was substituted for Flavio Dominix. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Cristo Abadie took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Luis Mark to make any attempt to save it. When the match was over AKD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carrisito throughout the match.
