An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Tagliani in the 29th minute of play forced Ciénega's goalkeeper Luisito Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisito Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicolás Tagliani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Ciénega fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisito Normando should have stopped the shot.
