Kees Bruinsma was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Rosario Central were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With his leg Kees Bruinsma managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Rosario Central's Segundo Ucieda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 53 minutes into the game, Segundo Ucieda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Kees Bruinsma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kees Bruinsma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Ucieda in the 57th minute. Prodan Milchov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kees Bruinsma having to make a save. 89 minutes into the match, Celeste FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Egoi came free, but Kees Bruinsma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Oidor got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Celeste FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! Rosario Central's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
