A collision led to Hornεro αlphα getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Efrain Herrera hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Placido Gartzea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iker Elazar. Hornεro αlphα's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Gartzea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 8th minute, Jacinto Txartiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Elazar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Iker Elazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Gartzea in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Jacinto Txartiko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Txartiko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Placido Gartzea put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Iker Elazar. After a defensive mix-up in Hornεro αlphα's zone, Prudencio Eleder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Elazar came out of the goal and Prudencio Eleder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Placido Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Txartiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Placido Gartzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Elazar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Placido Gartzea scored 0-6 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iker Elazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Gartzea in the 41st minute of play forced Hornεro αlphα's goalkeeper Iker Elazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hornεro αlphα's Iker Elazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Falck in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hornεro αlphα's zone, Jacinto Txartiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Elazar came out of the goal and Jacinto Txartiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Placido Gartzea kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

If Placido Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Txartiko succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 53rd playminute. 57 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Egoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Iker Elazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Gartzea got free with Iker Elazar in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Prodan Milchov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Elazar having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Placido Gartzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Elazar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Placido Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodolfo Egoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iker Elazar. That made the score 0-10 in the 73 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Placido Gartzea in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Elazar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute of the match Rosario Central got a corner. Hornεro αlphα's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Prudencio Eleder ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Placido Gartzea at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Hornεro αlphα. 0-12. A collision led to Hornεro αlphα getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Alfredo Idacio hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Rosario Central's Teodor Ugúrchinski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iker Elazar. Iker Elazar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. When Jacinto Txartiko came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Rosario Central fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Txartiko couldn't finish the play. Placido Gartzea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Iker Elazar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alvaro Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Baleren, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Iker Elazar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Placido Gartzea's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match was over Rosario Central could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hornεro αlphα throughout the match.
