Geronimo Lizer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Millano in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Feliz in the 19th minute of play forced Meninos da Vila Belmiro's goalkeeper Geronimo Lizer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Lizer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lisandro Feliz in the 20th minute. Rogelio Castulo's late challenge caught a Meninos da Vila Belmiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogelio Castulo helped the player get up and apologised. LOS TRES PIERNAS's Haroldo Romelio got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Vicente Millano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Geronimo Lizer. That made the score 6-0 in the 36 minute of play. A hard shot 40 in the game by Lisandro Feliz from a close distance when the talented Geronimo Lizer managed to make a qualified save. Meninos da Vila Belmiro's players were relieved. Geronimo Lizer was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Vicente Millano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vicente Millano really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lisandro Feliz to make the kick off. Meninos da Vila Belmiro's Geronimo Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Paublo in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, Lisandro Feliz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Lizer. Meninos da Vila Belmiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lisandro Feliz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Geronimo Lizer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Rolando Gaizkine notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Meninos da Vila Belmiro's Geronimo Lizer. Geronimo Lizer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Saul Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Meninos da Vila Belmiro defense, Rolando Gaizkine kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geronimo Lizer. The Meninos da Vila Belmiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geronimo Lizer should have stopped the shot.
