In the 3rd minute, one of Racing Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Racing Club. C.A.Franzoi's Wladyslaw Rojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Beremundo in the 8th minute of play. Desiderio Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Desiderio Aballe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Eutropio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Leonardo Chap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wladyslaw Rojewski having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, C.A.Franzoi's Raúl Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Eutropio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Desiderio Aballe took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Eutropio. Maximiliano Eutropio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 23rd minute, Raúl Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, C.A.Franzoi's Raúl Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Eutropio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Raúl Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Eutropio. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Eutropio should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Fausto Fresco got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Raúl Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Franzoi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Beremundo was the one to do the kick off. Leonardo Chap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Wladyslaw Rojewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Raúl Moreno put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Maximiliano Eutropio. Joaquin Tavio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Maximiliano Eutropio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 64th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Gartzen to maneuver through the defense. Racing Club's Maximiliano Eutropio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Moreno in the 66th minute of play. Joaquin Tavio took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Eutropio. When Desiderio Aballe came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the C.A.Franzoi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Aballe couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Chap during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C.A.Franzoi booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Chap didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Raúl Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Eutropio came out of the goal and Raúl Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquilino Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Fausto Fresco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Eutropio was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Joaquin Tavio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joaquin Tavio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. C.A.Franzoi's Joaquin Tavio got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. C.A.Franzoi's Wladyslaw Rojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Tonete in the 93rd minute of play. Rodrigo Beremundo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Beremundo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. C.A.Franzoi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
