Luis Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Lino Oinatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Abreu in the 5th minute of play forced Chosmes's goalkeeper Lino Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for RIO TALA. Alvaro Rayman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lino Oinatz. 1-0. In the 13th minute, Aquiles Mel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ambrosio Merexildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Luis Misael managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIO TALA's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Misael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Oinatz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Oinatz made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Luis Misael sent off a good shot on target. Chosmes's Lino Oinatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Chosmes from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Dario Abreu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. RIO TALA's Ambrosio Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Mel in the 27th minute of play. Ambrosio Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Chorche, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 36 minutes of play, RIO TALA's Dario Abreu made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Oinatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the game, Justo Chorche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ambrosio Merexildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Misael to make the kick off. Lino Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Abreu in the 52nd minute of play. Desiderio Bihar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ambrosio Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to RIO TALA getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alvaro Rayman hit a great ball. Chosmes's Justo Chorche shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ambrosio Merexildo but with some difficulty. 56 minutes into the match, Aquiles Mel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ambrosio Merexildo, 2-3. Lino Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Abreu in the 62nd minute of the match. When Cipriano Aztore fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chosmes's protests and gave Cipriano Aztore a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chosmes's Aquiles Mel got a free kick in the 66th minute. Lino Oinatz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dario Abreu went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Abreu in the 75th minute of play forced Chosmes's goalkeeper Lino Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 minutes of play, RIO TALA's Dario Abreu made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Oinatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! RIO TALA's Ambrosio Merexildo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save RIO TALA from getting a goal against them. Bernardino Gorosti kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Justo Chorche got in the 85th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Ambrosio Merexildo and thus it was 4-4. Ambrosio Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Mel in the 90th minute of play. When Luis Misael came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the RIO TALA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Misael couldn't finish the play. Chosmes succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though RIO TALA had controlled the match.
