After taking down the ball on Nío AFC's corner Christian Atauri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nereo Raymon quite easily take care of the ball. Rigoberto Lizbeth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Nereo Raymon made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Celso Errolan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papulote FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Rigoberto Lizbeth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rigoberto Lizbeth made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Lizbeth in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Raymon saved Papulote FC from getting behind. After 58 minutes of play, Nío AFC's Rigoberto Lizbeth made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nereo Raymon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vural Başeskioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Eztebe's late challenge caught a Nío AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nío AFC's Rigoberto Lizbeth got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Haydar Özengin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Oidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Daunte having to interfere. Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Lizbeth in the 71st minute of play. Vural Başeskioğlu struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Nereo Raymon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nío AFC. Nereo Raymon came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Nío AFC's Vural Başeskioğlu. But to his dismay, Vural Başeskioğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
