In the 15th minute, chunganito's Edgard Haritzeder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Benito Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abelardo Txema fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blackdrop's protests and gave Abelardo Txema a yellow card for diving instead. Abelardo Txema hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Benito Florinio, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Edgard Haritzeder scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victoriano Jerano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in chunganito's zone, Vinicio Odol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Cordareo came out of the goal and Vinicio Odol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blackdrop's Vinicio Odol got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Haritzeder in the 48th minute of play forced Blackdrop's goalkeeper Victoriano Jerano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Haritzeder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Victoriano Jerano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Haritzeder in the 52nd minute of the match. Anier Sergi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, chunganito's Angelo Danel got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Edgard Haritzeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Blackdrop's zone, Edgard Haritzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Jerano came out of the goal and Edgard Haritzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgard Haritzeder struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Victoriano Jerano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for chunganito. chunganito's Filomeno Llanos was substituted for Dionisio Gorosti. In the 77th minute Anier Sergi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Cordareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Haritzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guaberto Gelacio during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Guaberto Gelacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Haritzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Blackdrop players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for chunganito.
