The Club Atlético La Vía fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 5 minutes into the match, Michel Hedkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Chico. Jaque Mate Ice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Hedkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cirilo Bernard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Madaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Lennart Käcker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Emilio Chico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emilio Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Echeverri in the 15th minute of the match. Apolo Lizar hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 17th minute of play forced Jaque Mate Ice's goalkeeper Emilio Chico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Michel Hedkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Chico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Jaque Mate Ice defense, Claudio Echeverri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Chico. The Jaque Mate Ice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Chico should have stopped the shot. Leonel Madaleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leonel Madaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Emilio Chico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Hedkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Jaque Mate Ice's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Echeverri came free, but Emilio Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Chico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lennart Käcker went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Emilio Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Transito in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Club Atlético La Vía's Claudio Echeverri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Chico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Jaque Mate Ice's Emilio Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 康坤明 in the 40th minute of play. Emilio Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Echeverri in the 43rd minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonel Madaleno to strike the kick off in the second half. Jaque Mate Ice's Emilio Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 康坤明 in the 55th minute of play. Emilio Chico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Hedkvist in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 57th minute of play forced Jaque Mate Ice's goalkeeper Emilio Chico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennart Käcker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Emilio Chico made a huge save. The nice shot from Lennart Käcker in the 63rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Emilio Chico had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Emilio Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthy Vandekerkhove in the 64th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudio Echeverri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilio Chico. That made the score 0-9 in the 65 minute of play. Jaque Mate Ice's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Michel Hedkvist 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-10. Emilio Chico was a little too slow when Santiago Transito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-11. Michel Hedkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lennart Käcker came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emilio Chico could save by the left post. Michel Hedkvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Emilio Chico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emilio Chico was a little too slow when Claudio Echeverri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-12. 82 minutes into the match, Lennart Käcker notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Jaque Mate Ice's Emilio Chico. Emilio Chico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emilio Chico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthy Vandekerkhove, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Club Atlético La Vía booed when Jaque Mate Ice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Geleberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Jaque Mate Ice's goalkeeper Emilio Chico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Käcker. Jaque Mate Ice's Emilio Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 87th minute of play. Emilio Chico made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Lennart Käcker sent off a good shot on target. Claudio Echeverri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilio Chico came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudio Echeverri slotted it home off the left post making it 0-14 in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético La Vía's Santiago Transito slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emilio Chico. That made the score 0-15 after 96 minutes of play. Club Atlético La Vía's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
