The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Lizbeth got free with Cirilo Bernard in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nío AFC's Joaquin Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Sanchez in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Severo Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético La Vía's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Daunte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Club Atlético La Vía's Cirilo Bernard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vural Başeskioğlu in the 14th minute of play. Joaquin Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Käcker in the 15th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lennart Käcker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Daunte was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Hedkvist in the 23rd minute of play forced Nío AFC's goalkeeper Joaquin Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Rigoberto Lizbeth could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Cirilo Bernard however easily saved by the left post. Joaquin Daunte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Hedkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Benny Koulibaly was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, one of Nío AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nío AFC. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Vural Başeskioğlu made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Nío AFC's goalkeeper Joaquin Daunte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Käcker. Michel Hedkvist had several of the Nío AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Joaquin Daunte as he didn't even see the shot coming. Club Atlético La Vía were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Nío AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Michel Hedkvist took the corner. The corner led Club Atlético La Vía's Michel Hedkvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Daunte despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dëfrim Deferme tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Joaquin Daunte. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Nío AFC's Joaquin Daunte got control of the ball when Santiago Transito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joaquin Daunte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Hedkvist in the 65th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Lennart Käcker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Daunte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Santiago Transito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Club Atlético La Vía getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Amador Mark hit a great ball. Vural Başeskioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Cirilo Bernard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Michel Hedkvist made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Daunte. Nío AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After 94 minutes of play, Club Atlético La Vía's Santiago Transito made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Daunte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Atlético La Vía's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
