Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rigoberto Lizbeth kicked off to start the match. Anselmo Gomez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Lizbeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Anselmo Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Chaime in the 4th minute of the match. Nío AFC's Joaquin Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Atarratze in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Nío AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Atarratze came free, but Joaquin Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Wilfredo Atarratze took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Joaquin Daunte to make any attempt to save it. After 21 minutes of play, Soconcho's Wilfredo Atarratze made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Daunte was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Felipe Chaime's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Gomez was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Wilfredo Atarratze received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquin Daunte came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilfredo Atarratze slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Nío AFC's Joaquin Daunte got control of the ball when Urbano Abaunza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Soconcho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Ciano to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Soconcho booed when Nío AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Chaime didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Nío AFC's goalkeeper Joaquin Daunte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urbano Abaunza. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbano Abaunza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Wilfredo Atarratze made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Daunte. Nío AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. When Wilfredo Atarratze came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Soconcho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Atarratze couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute Wilfredo Atarratze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Nío AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Hartz came free, but Joaquin Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nío AFC's Joaquin Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Abaunza in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Abaunza in the 73rd minute of play forced Nío AFC's goalkeeper Joaquin Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nío AFC's Joaquin Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Atarratze in the 76th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Christian Atauri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anselmo Gomez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joaquin Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Micael in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Bartolo Ciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquin Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Abaunza in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Atarratze in the 94th minute of play forced Nío AFC's goalkeeper Joaquin Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Soconcho players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
