Camillo Consalvi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Gonsalve hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Nereo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Consalvi in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Weather in the 17th minute of play forced Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes, Anana FC's Denis Montrelle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nereo Raymon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anana FC reached it. The audience was convinced that Camillo Consalvi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Raymon was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Denis Montrelle charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Nereo Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camillo Consalvi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Adrianinho de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Ekialde in the 41st minute. Florencio Gonzo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Lino Odol didn't quite understand what happened when in the 49 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Papulote FC's David Rodriguez got a free kick in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Lázaro Weather managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lázaro Weather was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Raymon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herminio Peli kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nereo Raymon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruperto Beltxe's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Adrianinho de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eloi House hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Camillo Consalvi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nereo Raymon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Camillo Consalvi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Raymon having to interfere. Ramon Tristan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Beltxe in the 90th minute of play forced Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon got control of the ball when Camillo Consalvi tried to sneak it across the goal line.
