Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sportivo Italiano's Moises Cordeiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Soconcho booed when Sportivo Italiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 minutes, Isaac Navarro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Italiano and the Soconcho players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elpidio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Atarratze in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Elvio Raymon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Cordeiro in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Gomez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Urbano Abaunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Soconcho's Anselmo Gomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Raymon in the 20th minute of play. Anselmo Gomez came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Italiano's Elvio Raymon. But to his dismay, Elvio Raymon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Soconcho fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Soconcho's Urbano Abaunza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29th match minute, Sportivo Italiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Navarro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Soconcho getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Wilfredo Atarratze hit a great ball. Moises Cordeiro scored 1-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Gomez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilfredo Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Soconcho's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Navarro came free, but Anselmo Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Soconcho's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Danel came free, but Anselmo Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute Moises Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Gomez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Sportivo Italiano were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Elvio Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elvio Raymon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmo Gomez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Sportivo Italiano's Anselmo Gomez threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Moises Cordeiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Isaac Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soconcho's Anselmo Gomez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Soconcho from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Sportivo Italiano booed when Soconcho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sportivo Italiano were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Soconcho's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elvio Raymon took the corner. 71 minutes into the match, Soconcho's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Raymon came free, but Anselmo Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Cordeiro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anselmo Gomez firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Raymon in the 80th minute of play forced Soconcho's goalkeeper Anselmo Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Sportivo Italiano got a corner. Soconcho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elvio Raymon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sportivo Italiano's Melquiades Danel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anselmo Gomez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anselmo Gomez was a little too slow when Tomas Fernendo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-3. Bartolo Ciano hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Elvio Raymon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Italiano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The Soconcho fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sportivo Italiano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
