In the 17th minute of the match, Isidoro Tono got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aristides Beltza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aristides Beltza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Gaudencio Matteo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Caño y Plancha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Deportivo Caño y Plancha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Matteo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Paris Saint Germain's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Canor came free, but Anastasio Savion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Deportivo Caño y Plancha were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Anastasio Savion was a little too slow when Gaudencio Matteo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-3. Aristides Beltza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Tono in the 59th minute of play. Camilo Iago kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 62ndth minute of the game Gaudencio Matteo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paris Saint Germain's Anastasio Savion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Camilo Iago's late challenge caught a Deportivo Caño y Plancha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Iago helped the player get up and apologised. Camilo Iago hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The referee ignored Paris Saint Germain's protests and gave Benigno Cristofol a yellow card for diving instead. Pastor Gentza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
