The audience was convinced that Astor Abaurre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Quilino was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Erubiel Roldanillo made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Gualterio Fagildo sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualterio Fagildo to make the kick off. MACANAS F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ME VOY AL MAZO the free kick. 89 minutes into the game, one of MACANAS F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Evaristo Quilino went to the wrong direction when Ildefonso Cordarin was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal.
