The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luciano Olo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Batt Man showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Lluques, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Teodoro Lluques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batt Man showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franz Kafka in the 17th minute of the match. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 18th minute, but Batt Man got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Rosario central hanging dry this time. Batt Man was a little too slow when Teodoro Lluques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Olimpo's Sidnei Carneiro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Eustacio Mergildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Chap in the 24th minute of the match. Rosario central were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Club Atletico Olimpo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dany Abalos took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Lluques got free with Batt Man in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Teodoro Lluques fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Batt Man. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Club Atletico Olimpo's manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. The corner led Club Atletico Olimpo's Damian Rudolfo to fire away a dangerous shot which Batt Man despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Teodoro Lluques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Teodoro Lluques got free in front of the goal in the 46th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Batt Man was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Batt Man made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Lluques in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dany Abalos was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Lluques in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batt Man prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Atletico Olimpo were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Rosario central's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Damian Rudolfo took the corner. After a rather tough play, Rosario central's Fabrizio Barreto got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Club Atletico Olimpo were awarded a corner. Damian Rudolfo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Damian Rudolfo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Batt Man quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batt Man prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, Rosario central's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Ponc came free, but Batt Man reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes, Constantino Rik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosario central and the Club Atletico Olimpo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Atletico Olimpo booed when Rosario central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Rik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Chap blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustacio Mergildo having to make a save. In the 76th minute Octavio Ponc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batt Man saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Lluques scored 4-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Batt Man, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Club Atletico Olimpo's Teodoro Lluques in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 87th minute, Teodoro Lluques made a precise shot to the right of Batt Man. Rosario central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Constantino Rik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eustacio Mergildo. Club Atletico Olimpo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Rosario central defense, Octavio Ponc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Batt Man. The Rosario central fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Batt Man should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atletico Olimpo fully deserved thier win.
