Salvatore Oster struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Pablo Bide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia RC. In the 19th minute, Evelio Primo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 21 minutes, Oliver Medgyesi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia RC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Medgyesi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Elpasillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvatore Oster came free, but Pablo Bide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 32nd match minute, Elpasillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Osmundo to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Elpasillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Quinito came free, but Pablo Bide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvatore Oster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Sadurni received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florentino Mel came out and tried to block the shot, but Domingos Sadurni slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 71st minute. Elpasillo FC's Evelio Primo got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florentino Mel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingos Sadurni showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 77 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Geofredo got free with Florentino Mel in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Academia RC's Florentino Mel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Academia RC from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia RC's goalkeeper Florentino Mel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
