Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Patricio Playo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Honorato Odilon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Desiderio Sesuldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Honorato Odilon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Baldomiro Bernabel fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goldney's protests and gave Baldomiro Bernabel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bordenave booed when Goldney was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Jeronimo Maurino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Playo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorato Odilon. Honorato Odilon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 16th match minute, Bordenave was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordy Rooze to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Goldney's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jeronimo Maurino was slow to take the kick. During this time Bordenave's players had a chance to rest. If Desiderio Sesuldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Desiderio Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Odilon having to interfere. Siro Montae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorato Odilon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Peter Jutz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Goldney's Baldomiro Bernabel got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Siro Montae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 39 minutes, Desiderio Sesuldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bordenave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Sesuldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Desiderio Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Odilon having to interfere. When Camilo Belmiro came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Bordenave fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Belmiro couldn't finish the play. Bordenave made a substitution. Leonel Mano replaced Camilo Belmiro. Bordenave made a substitution. Emiliano Cloyo replaced Siro Montae. After the first half Bordenave were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Sesuldo to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Leonel Mano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bordenave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Mano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Goldney's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Sesuldo came free, but Honorato Odilon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Patricio Playo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Honorato Odilon. Patricio Playo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After some careless play in the Bordenave defense, Justo Ovando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casado Tramarria. The Bordenave fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casado Tramarria should have stopped the shot. Leonel Mano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Casado Tramarria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Leonel Mano made a precise shot to the right of Honorato Odilon. Goldney's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Bordenave's Casado Tramarria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Arixo in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute Desiderio Sesuldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Odilon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Mano in the 92nd minute. Bordenave's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
