Legion Roja FC's Cesar Malvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Libertad in the 14th minute of play. Severiano Cordero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Karmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Alfonso Libertad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiberto Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Legion Roja FC booed when Cóndores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cóndores's Cipriano Raymundo suffered a concussion after 27 minutes and had to leave the field. One of Legion Roja FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cóndores:s goal. The referee gave Cóndores a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filiberto Cutberto, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Legion Roja FC's Cesar Malvin. 0-3. After 34 minutes of play, Cóndores's Alfonso Libertad made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesar Malvin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 38 minutes into the game, Cóndores's Alfonso Libertad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesar Malvin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Alfonso Libertad scored 0-6 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesar Malvin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With an all-out effort, Cóndores's Cesar Malvin threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elpidio Izotz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cesar Malvin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Libertad in the 64th minute. With his leg Cesar Malvin managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Cóndores's Alfonso Libertad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Elpidio Izotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Malvin having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Legion Roja FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Austin. Cesar Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Libertad in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Elpidio Izotz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cesar Malvin. Elpidio Izotz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Legion Roja FC's Cesar Malvin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Legion Roja FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cóndores getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Fabricio Iztal hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Cóndores's Alfonso Libertad ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cesar Malvin. Cesar Malvin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Alfonso Libertad let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 93rd minute shot 0-10 at rihgt post.
