Evelio Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Fernanco in the 17th minute of the match. Eloy Resto F.C.'s Chiquito Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Mikelar in the 18th minute of play. If Santo Procopio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chiquito Romero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santo Procopio went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 33 minutes of play, El Pincha FC's Diego Mikelar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chiquito Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciriaco Delfino charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciriaco Delfino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th minute, Ciriaco Delfino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dalmacio Odilon hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. El Pincha FC's Evelio Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Fernanco in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Israel Paio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Eloy Resto F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Benino to maneuver through the defense. When Diego Mikelar came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the El Pincha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Mikelar couldn't finish the play. Hernan Benino's late challenge caught a El Pincha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Benino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Eloy Resto F.C.'s Hernan Benino got a free kick in the 55th minute. Chiquito Romero had great luck who in the 58thth minute grab hold of the ball when Israel Paio from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Evelio Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Fernandez in the 59th minute of play. After 60 played minutes El Pincha FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Mikelar. The crowd rose to their feet as El Pincha FC's Israel Paio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chiquito Romero. That made the score 0-3 after 62 minutes of play. When Faustino Rioja fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eloy Resto F.C.'s protests and gave Faustino Rioja a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Faustino Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Eloy Resto F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Orixe came free, but Chiquito Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Israel Paio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Israel Paio made a precise shot to the right of Chiquito Romero. Eloy Resto F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Diego Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Resto F.C.'s Chiquito Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Eloy Resto F.C. from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded El Pincha FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Eloy Resto F.C..
