El Pincha FC's Evelio Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Felipillo in the 3rd minute of play. Evelio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Dolfos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Joanes in the 9th minute of play forced El Pincha FC's goalkeeper Evelio Hanni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Gilberto Dolfos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 22 minutes of play, Boca Juniors's Severo Iturri made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Hanni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evelio Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Felipillo in the 29th minute of the match. El Pincha FC's Evelio Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Iturri in the 32nd minute of play. Israel Paio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Cordarryl having to interfere. Evelio Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Felipillo in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Gilberto Dolfos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Dolfos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Hanni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The El Pincha FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Boca Juniors were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Felipillo to make the kick off. Evelio Hanni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severo Iturri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. With a little luck, El Pincha FC's Evelio Hanni got control of the ball when Anselmo Felipillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Severo Iturri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Evelio Hanni. Severo Iturri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. 63 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's Faustino Brun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evelio Hanni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Iturri got free with Evelio Hanni in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Brun in the 67th minute of play forced El Pincha FC's goalkeeper Evelio Hanni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, El Pincha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Procopio to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Felipillo struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Evelio Hanni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors. 71 minutes into the game, Anselmo Felipillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Evelio Hanni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, El Pincha FC's Evelio Hanni got control of the ball when Gilberto Dolfos tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Anselmo Felipillo took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Evelio Hanni to make any attempt to save it. El Pincha FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Anselmo Felipillo scored to the left of an out of position Evelio Hanni, making the score, 0-8. In the 86th minute, Boca Juniors's Artemio Argoitz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Evelio Hanni. Evelio Hanni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Mauro Inko replaced Anselmo Felipillo. Mauro Inko didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-10 via right post in the game's 93rd minute. Boca Juniors's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Boca Juniors played a much better game than El Pincha FC and deserved their victory. The El Pincha FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
