Adrián Czornomaz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Artemio Gervaso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rogelio Baladi kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Adrián Czornomaz took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artemio Gervaso. Artemio Gervaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Adrián Czornomaz notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Balumba's Artemio Gervaso. Artemio Gervaso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Igor Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balumba's goalkeeper Artemio Gervaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edmund Sierocki hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Stegmann's Damaso Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Artal in the 32nd minute of play. Eloy Flores hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Rogelio Baladi was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Stegmann booed when Balumba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Baladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Kaiet made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Leonardo Benat. Edmund Sierocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Gervaso having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nereo Aresti to strike the kick off in the second half. When Stegmann's Edmund Sierocki in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balumba's goalie prevented a goal. After 55 played minutes Stegmann got a freekick which was hit by Adrián Czornomaz. Artemio Gervaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Sierocki in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Balumba got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Artal. Nereo Aresti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Gabirel having to interfere. Adrián Czornomaz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artemio Gervaso. Artemio Gervaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrián Czornomaz in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artemio Gervaso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Igor Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Artemio Gervaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stegmann made a substitution. Thomas Edison replaced Adrián Czornomaz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmund Sierocki during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 played minutes Stegmann got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Sierocki. After a defensive mix-up in Balumba's zone, Edmund Sierocki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Gervaso came out of the goal and Edmund Sierocki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nereo Aresti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Damaso Gabirel made a huge save.
