After 5 played minutes, NoJuegoMasNoRompanLasPelo's Tomás Fidencio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcial Oriol came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NoJuegoMasNoRompanLasPelo reached it. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind NoJuegoMasNoRompanLasPelo's goalkeeper Maximo Regis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santo Eguerdi might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Regis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santo Eguerdi ran back to his position shaking his head. When Teodoro Cidro came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the MULA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Cidro couldn't finish the play. Modesto Terciero hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Celestino Elixio hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Teodoro Cidro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Maximo Regis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Maximo Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Cidro in the 33rd minute of play. Teodoro Cidros short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Maximo Regis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Godfredo Endira hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. With a little luck, NoJuegoMasNoRompanLasPelo's Maximo Regis got control of the ball when Teodoro Cidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th match minute, NoJuegoMasNoRompanLasPelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Terciero to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celestino Elixio to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Cidro in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximo Regis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 66 minutes into the match, Celestino Elixio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Oriol. MULA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celestino Elixio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Delmiro Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MULA FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while NoJuegoMasNoRompanLasPelo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
