Golden Black's Celestino Muc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Aguero in the 11th minute of play. Prodan Sokol's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcelino Erroman in the 13th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Golden Black's goalie and right to Eriberto Birila. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Golden Black's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some careless play in the Prodan Sokol defense, Venancio Ostargi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Neto. The Prodan Sokol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Neto should have stopped the shot. Demetrio Spiazzi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 41 minutes, Miguel Orlondon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Black and the Prodan Sokol players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Golden Black getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Miguel Orlondon hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Santos Napier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Orlondon hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Prodan Sokol players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Golden Black were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Venancio Ostargi made a kick off. Eriberto Birila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Muc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demetrio Spiazzi in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Prodan Sokol's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Montes came free, but Angel Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Birila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Muc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Miguel Orlondon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Edgardo Bastian came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Golden Black fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Bastian couldn't finish the play. The Prodan Sokol supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Golden Black's performance. The match ended with a win for Golden Black.
