After 6 minutes of play, Psychotron's Ruben Ioritz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomero Oihenarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Ruben Ioritz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomero Oihenarte was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Ioritz in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Oihenarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Poz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Pagomari in the 15th minute of the match. Psychotron's Jorge Poz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Pagomari in the 17th minute of play. Baldomero Oihenarte came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Psychotron's Ruben Ioritz. But to his dismay, Ruben Ioritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Ruben Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29thth minute of the game Joaquin Correa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sabagasta FC's Baldomero Oihenarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Ruben Ioritz sped through Sabagasta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baldomero Oihenarte. Leonardo Chorache's late challenge caught a Psychotron's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Chorache helped the player get up and apologised. Jorge Poz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apolo Segio in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes, Joaquin Correa made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Sabagasta FC's Baldomero Oihenarte tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruben Ioritz struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Baldomero Oihenarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Psychotron. The Sabagasta FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Psychotron were winning 0-5.

When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Ruben Ioritz put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Baldomero Oihenarte. Baldomero Oihenarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Correa went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Donato Pagomari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jorge Poz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Correa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Psychotron's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ruben Ioritz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Oihenarte having to make a save. Ruben Ioritz in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baldomero Oihenarte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Psychotron's Ruben Ioritz got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Psychotron's Anselmo Jerardo was substituted for Carmelo Faro. Ruben Ioritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Oihenarte having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Silverio Raebert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sabagasta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Psychotron the free kick. Baldomero Oihenarte came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Psychotron's Ramon Ler. But to his dismay, Ramon Ler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Ruben Ioritz struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Baldomero Oihenarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Psychotron. Psychotron's Joaquin Correa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ruben Ioritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Baldomero Oihenarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Ruben Ioritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Psychotron's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Ioritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Oihenarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Psychotron could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sabagasta FC throughout the match.
