In the 20th minute of the match Delmiro Clemencin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciro Theodore skillfully saved the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Atletico Iruya's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Ferrero came free, but Ciro Theodore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Theodore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Ferrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 35th minute, Leo Santxol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's Nicasio Unax proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldo Ferrero to strike the kick off in the second half. If Vicente Confesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Atletico Iruya defense, Vicente Confesor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Theodore. The Atletico Iruya fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Theodore should have stopped the shot. When Atletico Iruya's Mauro Cristofol in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Ferrero in the 76th minute of play forced Atletico Iruya's goalkeeper Ciro Theodore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Atletico Iruya booed when 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Bertol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's zone, Mauro Cristofol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Unax came out of the goal and Mauro Cristofol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Cristofol's late challenge caught a 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Cristofol helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Bertol to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Confesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Theodore having to interfere. Ciro Theodore made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Osvaldo Ferrero sent off a good shot on target. Atletico Iruya's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Osvaldo Ferrero 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. The Atletico Iruya fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
