After 5 played minutes EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Federico Cruz. 13 minutes into the match, RamonaClub's goalkeeper Lisandro Tonio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Venerando. 14 minutes into the match, RamonaClub's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Abeijon came free, but Lisandro Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes, Candido Godoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RamonaClub and the EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lili Oddang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lisandro Tonio having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Jeremias Venerando notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of RamonaClub's Lisandro Tonio. Lisandro Tonio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jeremias Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot. RamonaClub's Delmiro Bortzaioriz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zeledon Vigil, made in the 37th minute of the game. Severo Ereinotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Avellaneda, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Gabriel Figueroa made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Nons Crossa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Tonio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RamonaClub's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Venerando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Anastasio Nuno was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, one of RamonaClub:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for RamonaClub. The referee gave EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lili Oddang, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of RamonaClub's Lisandro Tonio. 7-0. After some careless play in the RamonaClub defense, Lili Oddang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandro Tonio. The RamonaClub fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandro Tonio should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, RamonaClub's Delmiro Bortzaioriz got a free kick in the 81st minute. When EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's Victorino Abeijon in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
