Gaston Roldanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, EVERTON de CHILE's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Naelio came free, but Marcelo Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Campbell FC's Arnaldo Veremundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Campbell FC from getting a goal against them. After 73 played minutes Campbell FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Baumer. When Gualterio Perpinya came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the EVERTON de CHILE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Perpinya couldn't finish the play. Marcelo Montrel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victorino Naelio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 77 minute of play.
