Abelardo Bilbo made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Isaac Oliviero sent off a good shot on target. If Marcos Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 16 minutes, Cecilio Sindo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Naunauco AFC and the Viento Patagonico F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Viento Patagonico F.C. booed when Naunauco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Sindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Marcos Manny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Manny in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Ur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alejandro Ur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Abelardo Bilbo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After 33 played minutes Naunauco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Sindo. The supporters of Viento Patagonico F.C. booed when Naunauco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Millan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Marcos Manny managed to work through Naunauco AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Marcos Manny dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. A collision led to Naunauco AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Desiderio Danel hit a great ball. Marcos Manny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Ur having to interfere. Florentino Txindoki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Manny stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Naunauco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Gaztea. Alejandro Ur made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Juan Manuel Casanueva sent off a good shot on target. After 56 minutes, Christian Felo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Naunauco AFC and the Viento Patagonico F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Christian Felo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Isaac Oliviero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Abelardo Bilbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Desiderio Danel made a great header on Naunauco AFC's corner, it was just that Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Abelardo Bilbo managed to reach the ball for a save. After 63 played minutes Naunauco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Millan. Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Claudio Guillen got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute Anibal Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Bilbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Bilbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Abelardo Bilbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Oliviero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cecilio Sindo scored 2-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Bilbo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Marcos Manny got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Naunauco AFC's goalkeeper Alejandro Ur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florentino Txindoki. Viento Patagonico F.C.'s Abelardo Bilbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Sindo in the 83rd minute of play. Marcos Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Viento Patagonico F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Oliviero came free, but Abelardo Bilbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Isaac Oliviero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of Viento Patagonico F.C.'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Viento Patagonico F.C. may have spent more time on the ball, but Naunauco AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
