After 40 minutes, Cayetano Nazario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aldosivi FC and the Huerta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cayetano Nazario hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 43 played minutes Aldosivi FC got a freekick which was hit by Ryan Reynolds. Casimiro Lain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Laurin in the 44th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristobal Eusko made a kick off. Huerta's Gerardo Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodriguinho do Valle in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Aldosivi FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Lain had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Laurin. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Rodriguinho do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aldosivi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodriguinho do Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Sedeni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manuel Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, Rodriguinho do Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Gerardo Sedeni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodriguinho do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
