In the 17th match minute, Carapato AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Valentine to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, one of Carapato AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carapato AFC. In the 22nd minute, Ceferino Quinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 27 minutes, German Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aldosivi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Faro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruben Chus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Reynolds in the 31st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tadeo Ellande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casimiro Lain was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Ruben Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eriberto Iratze during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Aldosivi FC's Casimiro Lain got control of the ball when Tadeo Ellande tried to sneak it across the goal line.
