When Modesto Birjaio came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Templarios FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Birjaio couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Beti during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But to his dismay, Modesto Birjaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Modesto Birjaio came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Templarios FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Birjaio couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 37 in the game by Modesto Birjaio from a close distance when the talented Gerardo Sedeni managed to make a qualified save. Huerta's players were relieved. Astor Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lázaro Hug fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huerta's protests and gave Lázaro Hug a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Huerta's Lázaro Hug got a free kick in the 45th minute. Templarios FC's Marciano Sanduru got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Birjaio was the one to do the kick off. Modesto Birjaio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerardo Sedeni having to make a save. Manuel Laurin struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Josh Hart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huerta. 56 minutes into the match, Marciano Sanduru notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Huerta's Gerardo Sedeni. Gerardo Sedeni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute, Zeledon Lluc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomero Macias during the 66th minute. Huerta's Gerardo Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Birjaio in the 70th minute of play. If Marciano Sanduru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Modesto Birjaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerardo Sedeni was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Amadeo Maore stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gerardo Sedeni. 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Templarios FC had played much better football throughout.
