In the 18th minute, Melchor Ferdinand ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruben Chus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Ellande in the 22nd minute of play forced La gloriosa número 6's goalkeeper Karsten Jersov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The La gloriosa número 6 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After 90 minutes, Melchor Ferdinand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La gloriosa número 6 and the Carapato AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to La gloriosa número 6 getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Melchor Ferdinand hit a great ball.
