Alpachiri's players were relieved. Victorio Maule came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by La gloriosa número 6's Nicanor Salvadore. But to his dismay, Nicanor Salvadore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Victorio Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Ferdinand in the 7th minute of the match. Nicanor Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Alpachiri's zone, Melchor Ferdinand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Maule came out of the goal and Melchor Ferdinand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alpachiri's Victorio Maule proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Alpachiri from getting a goal against them. The supporters of La gloriosa número 6 booed when Alpachiri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Flor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alpachiri's Victorio Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Salvadore in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, La gloriosa número 6's Nicanor Salvadore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorio Maule made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Ruben Gaufred had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Maule. Alpachiri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruben Gaufred was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Melchor Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Victorio Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute of the match, Melchor Ferdinand got a very nice opportunity to score, but Victorio Maule was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alfredo Flor charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Flor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Alpachiri got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Flor. Melchor Ferdinands short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Victorio Maule to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Melchor Ferdinand in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Victorio Maule, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Melchor Ferdinand who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Victorio Maule when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alpachiri's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Nicanor Salvadore scored to the left of an out of position Victorio Maule, making the score, 6-0. Nicanor Salvadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Maule having to interfere. With a little luck, Alpachiri's Victorio Maule got control of the ball when Ruben Gaufred tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melchor Ferdinand's late challenge caught a Alpachiri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Ferdinand helped the player get up and apologised. Melchor Ferdinand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Maule having to interfere. Nicanor Salvadore kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Velasco to strike the kick off in the second half. Victorio Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Ferdinand in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Evelio Oidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute of the match Marco Ilixo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victorio Maule skillfully saved the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Nicanor Salvadore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Maule. Alpachiri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Salvadore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. When Filomeno Alvarez fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La gloriosa número 6's protests and gave Filomeno Alvarez a yellow card for diving instead. Filomeno Alvarez hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Melchor Ferdinand took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Maule. Victorio Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. 77 minutes into the match, Nicanor Salvadore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Maule. Alpachiri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Salvadore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When Nicanor Salvadore came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the La gloriosa número 6 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Salvadore couldn't finish the play. Victorio Maule stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicanor Salvadore's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Victorio Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Ferdinand in the 91st minute of play. Alpachiri's Victorio Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Salvadore in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Alpachiri getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gaspar Velasco hit a great ball. Alpachiri's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
