After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ubaldo Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olimpo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Truylos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modesto Egun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Aballe got free with Prospero Pagomari in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Eduardo Berbiz fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Gar in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Pagomari saved Olimpo from getting behind. In the 59th match minute, CONS0RCIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pál Fenyvesi to maneuver through the defense. If Serafin Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
