That made the score 3-0 after 17 minutes of play. 20 minutes into the match, Jairo Otsando notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Aquiles Baeza FC's Joël Bats. Joël Bats was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joël Bats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Rocendo in the 23rd minute of the match. Teodoro Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Eskuin in the 25th minute of play. Celedonio Tonete charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celedonio Tonete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aquiles Baeza FC's Joël Bats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Aquiles Baeza FC from getting a goal against them. Jairo Otsando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodoro Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Eskuin in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Rocendo in the 39th minute of play forced Aquiles Baeza FC's goalkeeper Joël Bats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Otsando might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joël Bats. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Otsando ran back to his position shaking his head. Joël Bats was a little too slow when Jairo Otsando got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 5-0. Aquiles Baeza FC's Joël Bats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Aquiles Baeza FC from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
