Prospero Pagomari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Gagriel in the 36th minute. Prospero Pagomari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Calvet in the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Paulo Gentza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Colas having to interfere. When Pipinos de Caseros FC's Leonides Rodas in 56 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Prospero Pagomari guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, Olimpo's Teo Ascencio got a free kick in the 59th minute.
