In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Rondeau's goalkeeper Albano Ferrando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Saturnino Beltza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fidel Cuarto took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joël Bats. Joël Bats dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute Jonathan Arnas collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Indar during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Deportivo Rondeau's Albano Ferrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Pelagius in the 24th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Fidel Cuarto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joël Bats. Aquiles Baeza FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Cuarto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Fidel Cuarto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joël Bats was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 34 minutes into the game, Fidel Cuarto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Joël Bats was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 37 minutes in the game, Siro Eskuin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Albano Ferrando having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Deportivo Rondeau got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Cuarto. Fidel Cuarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Joël Bats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Deportivo Rondeau booed when Aquiles Baeza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Aquiles Baeza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Cuarto came free, but Joël Bats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Aquiles Baeza FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Siro Cambranes hit a great ball. The Aquiles Baeza FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Deportivo Rondeau were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Cuarto to make the kick off. If Siro Eskuin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aziz Revis got free with Joël Bats in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Siro Eskuin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Albano Ferrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Deportivo Rondeau's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Eskuin came free, but Albano Ferrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceferino Indar hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Fidel Cuarto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joël Bats made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Fidel Cuarto sent off a good shot on target. Romeo Cidro hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Joël Bats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Cuarto, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Fausto Mergildo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Fidel Cuartos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Joël Bats to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Elvio Chico struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Albano Ferrando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aquiles Baeza FC.
