The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nestor-Raul Gorosito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Circulo Deportivo's Kauan Fonseca managed to work through Cantadero's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Kauan Fonseca dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 5th minute Nestor-Raul Gorosito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Normando Caldas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Normando Caldas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kauan Fonseca went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Kauan Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute Nestor-Raul Gorosito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Normando Caldas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hélio Mattos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Normando Caldas made a huge save. Normando Caldas was a little too slow when Nestor-Raul Gorosito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. If Hilario Beltran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Circulo Deportivo's Normando Caldas threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yao Bing, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 36 minutes Cantadero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jimeno Dacio who took care of the corner kick. Mario Egoi took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Normando Caldas. Normando Caldas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Jimeno Dacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernabe Guib to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes of play, Circulo Deportivo's Hélio Mattos made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Normando Caldas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Cantadero's zone, Nestor-Raul Gorosito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Normando Caldas came out of the goal and Nestor-Raul Gorosito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Normando Caldas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor-Raul Gorosito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Pedro Andrade acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hilario Beltran. Cantadero's Normando Caldas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Fonseca in the 68th minute of play. When Justo Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cantadero's protests and gave Justo Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Justo Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimeno Dacio succeeded in the game's 71st minute to get real power on a long shot . Cantadero's Normando Caldas hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 8-0! 75 minutes into the game, Yao Bing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Normando Caldas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jimeno Dacio scored 10-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Normando Caldas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Hélio Mattos made a precise shot to the right of Normando Caldas. Cantadero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. Hélio Mattos struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Normando Caldas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Circulo Deportivo. In the 91st minute, Hélio Mattos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Normando Caldas was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Circulo Deportivo fully deserved thier win.
