The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Trenel AFC's Arnoldo Sandalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Millan in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mansour Schoonmaker got free with Arnoldo Sandalio in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnoldo Sandalio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Millan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Leguizamón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alastair Moody in the 13th minute of play. When Mansour Schoonmaker came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Kajfvkura Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mansour Schoonmaker couldn't finish the play. In the 19th match minute, Trenel AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Matro to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Timoteo Matro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trenel AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Argoitz in the 31st minute of play forced Kajfvkura Futbol Club's goalkeeper Reynaldo Leguizamón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Trenel AFC's Alberto Misael nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Leguizamón made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Trenel AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Gregory was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reynaldo Leguizamón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Gregory in the 41st minute of play. After 42 played minutes Trenel AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Mincho. Arnoldo Sandalio made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Mansour Schoonmaker sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Gregory hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Silverio Millan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnoldo Sandalio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the match, Kajfvkura Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Matro came free, but Reynaldo Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kajfvkura Futbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trenel AFC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alastair Moody to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alastair Moody in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Leguizamón saved Kajfvkura Futbol Club from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Trenel AFC's Fulgencio Argoitz got a free kick in the 54th minute. Silverio Millan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Leguizamón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alastair Moody in the 60th minute of play. Kajfvkura Futbol Club's Reynaldo Leguizamón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Kajfvkura Futbol Club from getting a goal against them.
